Chuck Maillet is an award-winning, accomplished Architect and Facilities Planning Professional with over 27 years of proven success developing opportunities for new revenue streams, negotiating contracts, and reducing construction costs.
Maillet is an entrepreneurial professional who maintains bottom-line focus in highly competitive environments, while handling projects from development to completing the meeting budget and timeline constraints. Chuck takes an analytic approach to solving problems and works proactively to expedite solutions. He has expertise in strategic planning, construction administration, cost & budget oversight and project management.
Chuck is licensed in New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is also an associate of the “American Institute of Architects (AIA)” and a member of “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)”.
Maillet specializes in public sector work for school districts and local governments including new construction, renovation and alteration work. He has the ability to develop realistic and cost-effective proposals tailored to each individual client, school district and government agency soliciting community input, board collaborations, and administrative cooperation. He also plans with administrators, decision-making executives, maintenance professionals, facilities committees and school boards to the final construction.
Chuck believes that having an extensive professional background, strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complicated information to the client, is vital to the architectural design process. Through this process, there will be a strong collaboration of ideas between Chuck and the client.
