Construction Administration is the foundation for the successful completion of any project. After final construction documents are submitted and approved by the Owner, we will review and evaluate the project schedule. Architectural Design Studio will then furnish prospective contractors and vendors with a comprehensive set of specifications for each job. After bids are received, a complete bid analysis is performed to select the best qualified candidate for the intended project. The next step is to assist the Owner with contract review, and negotiations to protect the interests of the Owner.

When construction begins, Architectural Design Studio shall perform periodic field observations and attend all necessary project meetings. We will provide shop drawing review and approval along with project information and samples to contractors. Architectural Design Studio shall review and approve all contractor payment applications. We will prepare the final results and provide project close-out services.
Closely monitoring each phase of the project avoids costly delays. Troubleshooting the minor problems as they arise ensures keeping the project on-time and within budget.
