The first step in any roof repair or replacement project is to assess the existing roof system through field observation and, if necessary, infra-red moisture scans. After evaluation of all available information, the client will be presented with a report and detailed recommendation to not only repair or replace the roof, but to implement a roof design to prevent the problem from recurring.
